Vukut acknowledge that you are providing us with your contact information. Our commitment is to process this data solely for the purposes of this site, as well as to offer you commercial promotions for goods or services, either from us or third parties, that we believe may be of interest to you. Before providing any information, you must read and understand the terms of this Privacy Notice, expressly indicating your consent by accepting them.


Unless required to fulfill the purposes mentioned above, we will not transfer your data to any third party.

This document is the Privacy Notice for Vukut (the 'Responsible Party'), who will be in charge of processing the personal data that you (the 'Holder') provide to us. The Data Subject's personal data will be stored by the Data Controller for the duration of the services provided, as long as the Data Subject remains registered on the Site unless the Data Subject exercises their right to Cancel the data through the procedure set forth in Section VII of this Notice.

3. OF THE SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA. The Responsible Party will not request, and the Data Subject shall not provide, any 'sensitive personal data' at any time. Sensitive personal data refers to intimate personal information or data whose improper use could lead to discrimination or pose a serious risk to the Data Subject. The Data Subject agrees not to provide the Data Controller with any information regarding their racial or ethnic origin, current and/or future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical, or moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, and/or sexual orientation. In the event that the Data Subject provides sensitive data through documents uploaded to the website or via forms, they acknowledge and consent that such data will be processed in accordance with the website's terms and conditions and its Privacy Notice. It is the Data Subject's responsibility not to provide this type of data in the information uploaded to the website.


4. FINANCIAL DATA. The Responsible Party collects financial data that is necessary for processing payments for our services via credit card. This data includes: (i) Card type; (ii) Card number; (iii) Card verification code; (iv) Contact information; and (v) Billing information.

6. OF THE PROCESSING OF DATA AND ITS OBJECTION. In order to fulfill the purposes of this Privacy Notice, the Data Controller is committed to implementing the sufficient and necessary legal and security measures to ensure that your Data remains confidential and secure.


The Responsible Party will be authorized to process the Data as deemed appropriate, as long as the processing is related to the purposes outlined in subsection (a) of Section IV of this Privacy Notice. For the processing of the purposes outlined in subsection (b) of the mentioned Section, the Responsible Party may proceed with such processing unless they receive an objection from the Data Subject.


The Data Subject must not add personal data that is not requested or different from the information requested by the Responsible Party in the designated fields, as any conduct contrary to this may compromise the confidentiality of such information.


In order for the Data Subject to express their objection or revoke consent for the processing of their personal data, they must contact the Responsible Party through the procedure established for the exercise of ARCO Rights (the term of which is defined later), as outlined in Section VII of this Privacy Notice.


7. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION: If the Data Subject wishes to cancel their account created on vukut.com along with their information and stored data, they must send an email to support@vorecol.com from the email registered in their account, requesting the complete deletion of their account, which cannot be recovered.


8. OF THE EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS.

All your personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable and current legislation in the country. Therefore, we inform you that you have the right to revoke this consent at any time through your ARCO rights: to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by submitting the form available in this document, which our staff will provide if requested.

The requirements that the request must include to exercise ARCO rights.

Your request must be sent as follows:

  2. Print and fill out in black, legible writing.
  3. Send to the email address cristina.amezola@humansmartsoft.com. 
  4. Send a document verifying the identity of the Data Subject as an attachment. If the procedure is being carried out by a third party, send a document verifying the individual's identity and their legal representation.

The timeframes under this Law for follow-up and response are as follows: 20 days from the date the request is received. The request may be deemed inadmissible in accordance with Chapter IV, Article 34 of the LFPDPPP.

9. OF THE EMAILING. To stop receiving promotional emails, the Data Subject may do so by selecting the 'unsubscribe' option at the end of the received communication, or alternatively, by sending an email to privacidad@empleoespecializado.com with the subject 'unsubscribe from advertising'.


10. OF OTHER MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF DATA. To limit the processing of the Data, the Data Subject will only have the means outlined in this Privacy Notice. It will be at the Data Subject's discretion to request, either in person or by phone, their enrollment in the Public Consumer Registry as provided by the Federal Consumer Protection Law and/or the Public Registry of Financial Services Users as outlined in the Financial Services User Protection and Defense Law, in order to limit the use of their personal data held by private entities.


11. OF COMMUNICATION MECHANISMS. Any communication that the Data Subject directs to the Responsible Party regarding this Privacy Notice must be made to the addresses provided for the exercise of ARCO Rights, clearly and precisely stating: (i) the Data Subject's first and last name; (ii) their address and/or email address and/or any other means to communicate the response to their request; (iii) official documents that prove the identity or, if applicable, the legal representation of the Data Subject; and (iv) a clear and precise description of the purpose of the communication.


Similarly, the Responsible Party will address and respond to any communication directed to them within 7 business days of receiving the written request, either in the same manner in which the communication was sent or in the manner indicated by the Data Subject.


12. OF REMOTE MEANS. If the Holder provides their data through electronic means, including the website (Internet) of the Responsible Party, then the Holder understands, accepts, and acknowledges that:


a) The Responsible Party's website may include links to third-party websites, which, if accessed, will cause you to leave the Responsible Party's website. Therefore, the Responsible Party assumes no responsibility for these third-party websites. b) The Responsible Party's website may include links to social media sites, in which case the Data Subject agrees that by providing any type of information or data on these sites, it may be read, viewed, accessed, retransmitted, and processed by anyone. Therefore, the Data Subject releases the Responsible Party from any liability. c) The Responsible Party's systems may collect Data from the Data Subject, such as browser type, operating system, web pages visited, IP address, etc., through 'cookies' or 'web beacons,' among others.

In order for the Data Subject to disable these programs, they must access the 'Internet Options' located in the 'Tools' section, or similar functions, of the browser they are using.


13. AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE. The Responsible Party may modify this Privacy Notice as often as deemed necessary, either to remain in compliance with applicable legal regulations, at the request of competent authorities, and/or for our own convenience. As long as the Responsible Party does not change its identity, request more data from the Data Subject than what is mentioned here, alter the purpose of this Privacy Notice, or change the transfer conditions, the Data Subject agrees that any changes to this Privacy Notice will be notified through publication on the website https://vukut.com/privacy_policy. It is the Data Subject's responsibility to visit the website periodically to verify the most current version of the Privacy Notice. In cases where the Data Subject's consent is required due to changes made to this Privacy Notice, the Responsible Party will send the corresponding notice to any of the contact methods provided by the Data Subject. It will be understood that the Data Subject accepts the notice unless we receive any communication to the contrary.


14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. This Privacy Statement is subject to the terms and conditions of all the websites of Vukut.com as previously described, which constitutes a legal agreement between the user and Vukut.


If the user uses the services on any of the websites of Vukut, means that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above. When registering online, you have the option to accept or decline the terms of this Privacy Notice by clicking the button "I have read and agree to the Privacy Notice.". Failure to accept this Privacy Notice will result in the inability to provide the service within the platform for both employers and job seekers.


15. OF THE PROTECTION. The security and confidentiality of the data provided by users when contracting a service or purchasing a product online will be protected by a secure server under the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, ensuring that the data transmitted will be encrypted to protect its security.

However, despite having increasingly secure tools, the protection of data transmitted over the Internet cannot be guaranteed 100%. Therefore, once the data is received, every effort will be made to safeguard the information.


16. AUTHORITY. If you believe your rights regarding the protection of personal data have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information, and Personal Data Protection (INAI) at www.ifai.mx


17. OF EUROPEAN UNION CITIZENS. If the data subject, a citizen of the European Union, believes that their rights regarding the protection of their personal data have been violated, they have the right at any time to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authorities of the European Union.
